Daily maintenance of high voltage power distribution cabinet 1. Regularly check whether there are traces of insect and rat activity in each cabinet, and regularly trap and kill. 2. Check whether the position of each warning card and overhaul card is correct. 3. Check whether emergency tools, lamps and lanterns are complete and normal, and whether the handle of rocker and fuse is complete. 4. Check whether the cable joint is hot and discolored (generally silver), and whether the grounding wire is corroded (whether the welding point is normal) 5. Check whether the capacitor shell in the capacitor cabinet is good, whether there is leakage and expansion, and whether the indicator light is good. 6. Check the contact of grounding wire of capacitor shell. 7, do a good job of cleaning and dust removal of the cabinet rest. 8. Check the working condition of the fans in each cabinet. Two, level 1 maintenance 1. Check whether the busbar and its lower leads are firm. 2. Check whether the secondary circuit wiring is firm, whether the fuse is in good condition and the insulation resistance shake test. 3. Check the capacitor cabinet: when the air switch is disconnected and the capacitor controller is operated without capacitor, the capacitor controller should be closed first and then broken, and the overvoltage protection, undercurrent protection and switching threshold value should be adjusted. 4. All indicators should be intact, check and adjust the circuit breaker, leakage switch, thermal relay, relay and multifunction meter, etc. 5. Check whether the indicator light of each cabinet is normal, whether the switch position of the controller is normal, the operation should be normal, and whether the manual debugging of the mechanical interlock part is reliable. 6. Check whether fasteners of soft starters and frequency converters are loose. Three, secondary maintenance 1. Check whether the drawer switch is flexible in pushing or pulling out, its mechanical locking is reliable, and whether the contactor contact is good. 2. Check whether the elasticity of each knife edge in the circuit breaker is normal and whether the arc extinguishing device is intact. 3. Check whether the nuts of each cable connector are fastened. 4. After disconnecting the main switch of the receiving cabinet and the contact cabinet, shake out or shake out flexibly with the special handle. The secondary connection terminals of the transformers and other transformers shall be well fastened without loosening, and the primary and secondary lines shall be free from mildew.
