What are the general provisions for outdoor transformer installation?

(1) The distance between the outer outline of 10kV transformer and the surrounding fence or wall should be considered for the convenience of transformer transportation and maintenance, and the distance should not be less than 1m; There should be a distance of more than 2m in the direction of operation; If a metal fence is used, the metal fence should be connected to the ground, and a warning board should be hung at obvious places;

(2) The height of the transformer pier installed on the ground is generally 0.5m, and the fence of not less than 1.7m should be installed around it, and the warning board should be hung in the obvious part;

(3) The transformer 315kVA and below can be installed on the rod. The bottom distance from the ground should not be less than 2.5m; The live part shall not be less than 3.5m away from the ground;

(4) The changing platform on the column shall be stable and firm; the waist bar shall be wrapped with galvanized iron wire of φ 4.0mm for more than 4 turns and be even; the iron wire shall not have joints and shall be tightened after wrapping; the charged part of the waist bar shall not be less than 0.2m;

(5) The secondary safety installation position of the column and the ground transformer shall meet the following requirements: 1) If there is a disconnecting switch on the secondary side, it shall be installed between the disconnecting switch and the low-voltage insulator, or the fuse shall be used as the disconnecting switch; 2) If there is no disconnecting switch on the secondary side, it should be installed on the outer side of the low-voltage insulator and connected to the insulation wires at both ends of the fuse with insulation wires;

(6) All high and low voltage leads on the pole and on the ground transformer shall be insulated wires; (7) When the transformer is installed near the factory building with a general dust removal vent, the distance should not be less than 5m;

(8) The base track of the transformer shall be horizontal, track gauge and wheel base. For the transformer equipped with gas relay, the top plate shall have a gradient of 1%-1.5% along the airflow direction of the gas relay (except for those that do not need to install slope as stipulated by the manufacturer), and the wheel stop shall be installed.
